These terms apply to hosted retreats at Dreamcatcher Meadows. Please read them before making your booking.

Booking & payment

A 50% deposit is required to secure your place. Your booking is confirmed once we have received your deposit and sent your booking confirmation.

The remaining 50% is due 60 days before arrival. Bookings made within 60 days of arrival require full payment at the time of booking.

All prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes and the total amount payable will be shown before payment.

Guest cancellations

Subject to your statutory consumer rights, payments are non-refundable if you cancel your booking.

Please send cancellation requests by email to pembertonweddings@gmail.com. Notice periods are calculated from the date we receive your email to the original retreat arrival date.

Late arrivals, early departures and unused meals or activities do not qualify for a refund.

Transferring to another retreat

If you contact us more than 60 days before arrival, you may transfer payments made towards your booking once to another hosted retreat at Dreamcatcher Meadows.

• The replacement retreat must take place within 12 months of your original retreat date.

• Transfers are subject to availability and are not confirmed until agreed by us in writing.

• Any increase in the booking price must be paid by the guest.

• If the replacement booking costs less, any remaining credit may be used towards another hosted retreat within the original credit period.

• The credit is not redeemable for cash, except as stated below or required by law.

• Transferring does not restart the 12-month period or allow a further date change.

If we do not offer any alternative hosted retreat with available places within that period, we will refund the unused credit.

Requests received 60 days or fewer before arrival are not eligible for a date transfer.

Sending someone in your place

If you cannot attend, you may nominate a replacement guest, subject to our written approval.

Please contact us at least seven days before arrival so we can update the booking and confirm any dietary or participation requirements. The replacement guest must accept these terms.

Outstanding payments

If your balance is overdue, we will contact you and provide a payment deadline. If payment is not received by that deadline, we may cancel your booking. Our guest cancellation terms will apply, subject to applicable law.

If we cancel or postpone

If we cancel the retreat, including because minimum attendance is not reached, you may choose a full refund of payments made to us or transfer to an alternative retreat we offer.

If we change the retreat dates, you may accept the new dates or receive a full refund.

Please consider flexible travel arrangements. We recommend travel insurance that covers your circumstances, including cancellation and disruption.

Programme & outdoor activities

The programme includes both scheduled sessions and downtime. Participation in activities is optional.

Weather, conditions or instructor availability may require changes to individual activities. Where possible, we will provide a suitable alternative. If a substantial change affects the overall retreat, we will contact you to discuss your options.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer protection law.
